Poo... Poo... go away!

I notice that I am having a hard time getting anything accomplished at my house since my youngest son is on the verge of turning 2 years old. If I turn my back, he is into something. Every time I ask my question, "Are you kidding me?" Today, actually just this morning, he has really had some stomach issues. He is on his third round of antibiotics for an ear infection. These type diapers have caused severe blistering, so when we change his diaper, it requires a bath. Soon after we wake up this morning, I HEAR the diaper that requires the bath. I go get the diaper off of him right away and proceed to run his bath water while he stands there with me. I turn to check the temperature of the water and hear him fall. I turn around to see that he has poo slung from one end to the other. It is all over the floor and he has slipped in it. Are you kidding me? Poo from head to toe? I wipe him down and get him into the bath. One crazy down. About an hour later, I decide that a month is about as long as the carpet in his bedroom can go unvacuumed before it is declared unlivable. I clean all the toys, clothes, and trash up off the floor and vacuum. While I am vacuuming, he reaches over and unplugs the vacuum. I think, "that's nice, how close to being shocked can we get today?" So for safety reasons, I put him in his crib and continue to vacuum. Finished! It looks great. I pull him from his crib and notice a wet spot on his pillow. I try to remember, did I put him in the crib with a cup? I look closer to see a dreaded item....a little gel bead from inside the diaper. For all the mothers that know what I am talking about... Bless you and I am sorry! These are the absorbent materials in a diaper. They multiply like crazy (especially when put in the washing machine... another story!) I pull his pants off to see a diaper that looked like it has not been changed in 3 weeks (probably from all the Vaseline I coated on him earlier). It is hanging down and again POO! So I send my 4 year old for a bag and take the tabs of the diaper back. As I do this, both sides of the diaper split wide open spilling ALL of the gel pieces out into a mountain on the newly cleaned floor. Again... are you kidding me?????? A month, I went a month without vacuuming that floor (nothing I am proud of by the way) and now I am going to vacuum it twice within 3 minutes. And I wonder why I can't be on time for anything I do. I send my 7 year old for paper towels, clean up the crazy mess and bath time again! Let's just get through the crazy day. Can we all work together on this?
